Kanban is the new Scrum! – Agile Tour Paris 2019

It was a great experience to present at one of the biggest Agile Conferences in Europe, Agile Tour Paris. My talk titled “Kanban is the new Scrum! The Reasons Not to Adopt Kanban“. It was my first experience talking for the European crowd and it was one of the most unique experiences I had.
