I took a full-week course in the summer of 2020 with David J Anderson, one of the main guys behind the Kanban movement in the knowledge work domain, on Kanban Coaching Practices.
KCP course will teach coaching tools and techniques to be successful in leading significant evolutionary change initiatives with the goal of achieving higher maturity at an enterprise scale. This class offers a codified Kanban Method approach to introducing and implementing change and is specifically designed to augment the Kanban Maturity Model class.
