Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) – Scrum Alliance

On October 4th, 2016 I received my Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) designation from Scrum Alliance. In order to be recognized as a CSP, you need to show continuos improvement and continuos learning that led you in the next level of experience and expertise in various situations applying Scrum and Agile values and principles. I am very glad that I received my CSP just two days after applying for it.

The following is an excerpt from Scrum Alliance about CSP:

  • Certified Scrum Professionals have demonstrated experience, documented training, and proven knowledge in the art of Scrum. CSPs challenge their Scrum teams to improve the way Scrum and other Agile methods are implemented for every project. https://www.scrumalliance.org/certifications/practitioners/csp-certification
  • The CSP credential recognizes that you’ve reached the next level of experience and expertise through time, hard work, and continuous learning. https://www.scrumalliance.org/certifications/practitioners
