I started my journey of an Accredited Kanban Trainer in 2020 as the pandemic hit. I wasn’t sure if it was a right choice. However, it was always in back of my mind to become a Trainer, and pandemic situation convinced me into it. 2020 was the first year, and lots of learning involved. 2021 showed it was a great success. It was an exciting and fun ride. Alongside my regular consulting role, I have delivered 5 public Kanban training classes throughout the year. This could have not happened with the great support I received from my family, and inspirations from the Kanban community, support from Kanban University and last but the most important, the students that took the training. A big thanks to all, and looking way forward to 2022!
